Feb Fit Challenge
Join us in our February Challenge to run from 1km up to 15km.

The rules are simple:
1. Register on Eventbrite then request to join our Facebook group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/1752501898399735/
2. Like Core Fitness Personal Training on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/corefitnesspersonaltraining/) and Instagram (corefitnesspt)
3. Start with 1km on Feb 1st and then every second day, add 1km to your run (3rd Feb = 2km; 5th Feb = 3km and so on)
4. After every run, tag corefitnesspt on Instagram and/or Core Fitness PT on Facebook with your completed run and #runyourlifestyle
5. Challenge yourself to finish 15km!
